Follow these simple steps to transfer your superannuation funds to CTSL:

1.

Download and complete the Transfer Form.

2.

  • Provide 3X Recent Payslips
  • Confirmation letter from previous employer
  • Valid ID Card: Current Fund ID Card, Driver’s License, Employer ID or Passport.

3.

Lodge the Transfer application at the CTSL branch.
