Complete these steps to start the Fund Transfer process.

  1. Download and complete the Transfer form.
  2. Provide 1X recent payslip
  3. Confirmation letter from previous and current employer
  4. Valid ID Card: current Fund ID Card, driver’s license, employer ID or passport
  5. Provide superannuation statement from your current fund
  6. Lodge the Transfer application at the CTSL branch.
