𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 (𝗖𝗧𝗦𝗟), as Trustee for the Defence Force Retirement Benefit Fund (DFRBF), is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced individual to join the team as a 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
The Media Officer is responsible for managing CTSL’s media presence, digital platforms, and communication materials. The role supports brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communication through effective content development and media coordination.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Reporting to the Videographer, the role includes:
• Develop and manage media and communication content across various platforms.
• Prepare media releases, articles, and corporate communication materials.
• Manage CTSL’s social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate media coverage and respond to media enquiries as required.
• Support internal communications initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor media coverage and report on engagement and visibility.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Assist with event promotion and public awareness initiatives.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
The ideal candidate must at a minimum satisfy the following criteria:
• Qualification in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in media, communications, or digital content roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience managing social media and digital platforms.
• High level of creativity, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
