The Media Officer is responsible for managing CTSLโs media presence, digital platforms, and communication materials. The role supports brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communication through effective content development and media coordination.

Reporting to the Videographer, the role includes:
โข Develop and manage media and communication content across various platforms.
โข Prepare media releases, articles, and corporate communication materials.
โข Manage CTSLโs social media platforms and digital campaigns.
โข Coordinate media coverage and respond to media enquiries as required.
โข Support internal communications initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
โข Monitor media coverage and report on engagement and visibility.
โข Ensure consistency of messaging and adherence to branding guidelines.
โข Assist with event promotion and public awareness initiatives.

The ideal candidate must at a minimum satisfy the following criteria:
โข Qualification in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
โข Minimum of 3โ5 yearsโ experience in media, communications, or digital content roles.
โข Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
โข Experience managing social media and digital platforms.
โข High level of creativity, organisation, and attention to detail.
โข Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
